Based on what they did, seems fair to rate, however the real quality will be revealed after at least a 6 moth period to determine the quality of their material and work.

They left my water running, didn't turn hose off completely and I ended up with a little water in my basement! I called them to report it and to ask that they be sure to turn off other's water completely when finishing up a job.
