I was able to book an appointment for maid service within hours of my initial call which was very convenient. The maids did a very good job and the price was reasonable for the service recieved.

The ladies arrived on time and promptly set to work. They worked very quickly and efficiently. My Mother's house is appx 2500 square feet and they finished it in just under 3 hours. It looked beautiful! To say that my Mother was pleased would be an understatement! The ladies were very cheerful and asked my Mother several times if she wanted to check the rooms that were done. It was a great job done for a reasonable amount of money. My Mother looks forward to having them come on a more regular basis. Well worth the money spent! Thanks again! Jan Brownlee

I submitted my project and they called me in a matter of 5-10mins to set up the consultation for the day that fit my schedule. They verified my address and set up the appointment. One of the owners Jerry came out and we did a walk through and he took his time and explained how his company work and the process to us. We told him the date we wanted them to come out, how frequent, and he put us on the schedule within less than 12hrs. The ladies that came out were great and did an immaculate job, well worth the money and it was priced just right. They will be out every month. We are beyond pleased. Thank you Cleaning Authority.

My husband and I were amazed. We hired TCA for a move-out cleaning. Our fridge looked like new and I know the counters were cleaner than they were when we moved in. They sanitized the area where the kitty box was, washed the floors. I honestly couldn't have imagined what a good job they did. AND they were super flexible. We had some mix ups with the water and electric company turning our services off early, but TCA was happy to reschedule and very understanding about it. I would highly recommend their services.

the ladie sent to clean my house came at a time when i could not do my own cleaning. they were very professional and efficient, cleanong almost everything perfectly. i will continue to use them.
