He was very friendly and explained the whole process thoroughly to me. He made me understand how the appliance worked and even got me the best bang for my buck as far as the replacement part went. I would do business with CJS Statewide Appliance again.

This company was great. The serviceman scheduled an early appt with me on a Sat morning at short notice and still kept the appt even thought it was snowing pretty heavily. He took his time and did a great job. - Excellent customer service!

Robert was terrific! He managed to fit me in to fix my washing machine the same day I called and his price was very reasonable. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and a very nice gentleman!
