not a licenced plumber which means coordinating with a plumber to complete the work.this takes additional time.

Charles had replaced the unit and running the same day. The plumber needed to come and replace the back flow preventer that was extremly easy to do in a short time.Charles replaced components one day, then homeowner decided to replace boiler and required scheduling an additional day.

Got call back soon after placing the request. The suggested re-design of the duct work in the attic was superb in terms of efficiency and cost. The job was done on time and they did their best to accommodate my tight schedule. The measurements were done to calibrate the system in each room. Both furnaces performed fine during the winter and after the current hot days I can confirm that both air conditioners are performing fine. I will recommend this company for any HVAC work.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
At minimum, i needed to replace my 28 yr old AC. Charles understood my multiple HVAC problems in its entirety right from the the time of the quote. Outside of the standard room Sq ft measurements etc, He used the static pressure test and other tests before the quote itself. He advised me that beyond the AC installation, the fan speeds/air supply management/duct material needed update/adjustment. Nothing was left to ambiguity. Lowest of all quotes and the work was completed very fast with high quality. Post-installation results/tests proved those as well. I now have a much more effective central heater and of course, a new AC!

My pilot on 55 year old Thatcher Furnace would go out on left side occasionally. I would light it myself. Charles blew out pilot tube and adjusted pilot flame and I have not had a problem since. He charged me $40 to diagnose and fix problem. Seems to be working fine for 3 weeks since he fixed pilot.

Charles is very good in term of details and value. He did very much everything himself with a helper. Because of that, he can offer a very good price by cutting sales and admin cost.
