He was very professional and up front  with his prices. When he arrived at our home he let us  know that the heater was in bad shape. He was not able to fix  the heater that night but the next day he brought his father and they were able to tell us exactly what was wrong  with the heater. To make a long story short he saved not only our family from buying a new heater but because of what he saw he was also able to save MY FAMILY'S LIVES.
