On Tuesday I asked if he could come on Wednesday for my first call. He apologized and said he had other jobs planned for that day, understandable with a one day notice. He said he would come by Friday. To my surprise I hear his mower on Wednesday outside cutting my lawn. I felt I found someone who would give me great personal service. He has come through since then with friendly, prompt, clean work.
