It was a pleasant experience. Someone call me less than 1/2 hours to confirm that i still need the service and technician show up a couple hours later to perform the service.

Our heater wasn't working properly because we had a frozen vinyl pipe. We needed it to be defrosted, and asked the technician for a permanent solution. He didn't know how to fix the problem, so he called another co-worker for help. They replaced the vinyl pipe, but we had to run it through our living room and into our kitchen sink so it wouldn't leak onto our floors. It was really inconvenient. As for the permanent solution, they could only suggest that we replace the whole unit, which would have been very expensive. They never showed up to our scheduled follow up consultation regarding the heater replacement, so we hired someone else.
