CHEM-DRY On the North Shore

2 very professional gentlemen showed up on time. They did a great job cleaning my rugs, a sofa & love-seat. They moved all of my other furniture, didn't leave any messes. My rugs & furniture looks great. I would highly recommend Chem-Dry to family & friends & would use them again.

Very nice gentleman who did a thorough job on my nasty carpets. Went over if he didn't like the way it looked.

I chose them because of the great customer service on the phone, and that they are a green company. They are more money than some others, but the end result was good - and green.

I have a light tan rug and you can see streaks of dirt throughout the rug, in front of the door, in front of all the furniture ( which was not moved). There were also stains that were not cleaned. The stairs and hallway also have streaks of dirt throughout

We guarantee our work. I was unaware of this problem until I read this review. We contacted this consumer and are going back to her home to reclean the entire area at no charge. We did go back to this job. We did the entire job over and moved everything at no charge. I called and left a message to see if she was happy. We have not heard back. I would hope she would now review again.

Very quick and efficient response. excellent customer service, and communication- reliable. Overall they did a great job and everything was exactly as promised. No red flags. EXCELLENT!

I was surprised there was no moisture extracted allowing to airdry which took half a day. Surprisingly no follow up phone call asking about customer satisfaction.
