There were some issues with regards to getting a phone call back but once that was worked out, they came out and did a great job for a reasonable price.

Good rates. Good response time. A bit pushy with CAll us later. Would not give an estimate for cost of Sprinkler head when asked if $20 or $200. Please give a large range and explain.

I spoke to Trent initially and he stated that he would call and schedule a time to come out to my property but he never did. He never called or responded to my messages for over 20 days. He finally called and got the work done. I appreciated the fact that he honored the price he quoted 3 weeks earlier and I currently do not have any complaints about his work. I will probably go with him company next winter again.
