Technician came on time, looked at the picture on my TV, he was nice and professional. He navigated through the menu on my TV using the remote and told me it is probably the board that broke so I would need to replace it. He told me it wasn't worth the repair and told me to get a new TV. He spent literally 5 minutes doing the diagnosis without even touching or for that matter opening the TV. He then told me that I need to pay the appointment fee. I paid but in the end feel this wasn't worth it because I can come in click a few buttons on a remote and then tell the customer that he needs to buy a new TV myself. Just expected more.

Calder was an excellent worker and very knowledgeable about my problem. My stove was smoking and a complete mess and now it is as good as new

He was very prompt to reply but did not tell about the charges upfront and did not do ood follow up and explanation.
Did not give a service bill.

The moment I went in it was obvious the TV was shot, I told him I could change the inputs in the back, but he did not want to remove all the stuff around the TV. He said since it was the lamps that was bad, would buy a new TV.
