C & G Cleaning

This is my first experience having my furniture cleaned. We had a superbowl party,i have couches that have 5 years of dog habitation and my wife wanted to buy new upholstery. I had the thought of trying to get it cleaned to save us some money. Boy did it ever. Chris and Gail of C and G were excellent,punctual,hard working and left my dog ridden furniture almost as good as new. Thank you guys

Do NOT use this contractor for a grout job. In our case, he damaged the tiles and never completed the job. He first did a poor job of matching the color, then when re-doing the grout, he chipped the tiles. He frequently changed the date on when he would come back to finish the work. The last time he called he suggested we get someone else to finish the job and said he would send a refund in the mail - which of course has never been seen. Too fix the tiles he damaged will now mean replacing all the tiles in the bathroom at a much higher cost - these tiles are not available. We should have gone with the other contractor.

Some people you just can not please.Customer purchased a repo that had many problems.His expectations were not reasonable.He wanted everything to be perfect.We were hired to regrout the master shower which we did four separate times.Customer changed his mind on the grout color four times.We lost alot of money and time on this job.The tiles were damaged before we started the job.

Thanks for making our countertop tile look new again.

C&G were excellent! and produced an outstanding job!! We will use this them again for sure! I could not be more enthusiastic with their performance. Joel P

C&G was on time, polite and very nice. However, I was not completely happy with the finished project.

Grout would not come perfectly clean due to previous water damage inside shower walls.Customer was given a refund.

This group did a nice job sealing the baseboards prior to cleaning the tile floor. Even with the sealant, some of the MDF baseboards did get water underneath them and so it swelled. They will have to get replaced. The problem with new homes sometimes they are made with crappy material. MDF is one of them. The cleaning of the beige tile floor & grout was really well done. The only part I would caution perspective clients on is the grout repair. It was done really well in the bathroom by one person but in the kitchen area it was sloppily done by another person. I would recommend tile cleaning only by this company.

Customers dogs did severe damage to baseboards.Customer said not to worry that baseboards would be replaced after cleaning.Grout damage was so severe that customer was informed we would do the best job possible but finished project would not be perfect.Last thing customer said was everything looks beautiful.

Several times a year for 32 years customer applied numerous coats of acrylic floor finish on mexican pavers in his home.Customer knew that we needed an extra day to complete the job and said that he understood.His last comments to us were The Floors Look Great!

Chris made an excellent presentation. When Chris & Gail came to do the carpets I watched them a while. They were using equipment I'd never seen before. The prep work was amazing. I was impressed with their attention to detail. They were very courteous and did a marvelous job.

Chris & Gail Brown were a pleasure to work with. Chris was very knowledgable and pointed out other construction considerations that helped make sure our house was well taken care of; he didn't have to, but he did. It's great to work with professionals who consider other aspects of the job to be done, beyond the immediate scope of their own task(s).

They called when they were on their way, letting me know they would be at my house in 15 to 20 minutes... who does that? The were very nice, very professional and personable. I could tell they valued my business. They got right to work and didn't stop even though the job took six hours! My wife doesn't usually suffer allergies, but this year has been bad for her. Before the air ducts were cleaned, we were not using the a/c, just opening up the windows, which caused my wife a lot of discomfort. As soon as the last duct was cleaned, and they were packing up, I turned on the a/c, and the air was noticeably cleaner. Thanks, C & G!!!
