I did not hire any contractor at this point for the addition. However, I found CGC Builders to be at the top of the list in professionalism.

Project: Build an Addition
CGC Builders was a wonderful company to work with from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship is second to none. Everyone from management to the subcontractors were all very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. I could not be happier with the outcome of the project and would highly recommend CGC Builders to anyone interested.

I would recommend CGC Builders to anyone. They were quick, clean, and respected that we still resided in the home being worked on, and the outcome of the project was excellent. We are more than pleased with their work and business and with our new addition! A good company all-around.

Ammended comments 9/2006: Clarity of communications inconsistent between GC, subs and homeowner - not smooth. All problems/concerns eventually addressed. This is an expensive market with high labor charges - this company was very reasonable on costs.
