Cliff gave me an estimate on the phone and we agreed to have the gutters and downspouts done on the following day. He showed up with his assistant about ten minutes earlier than the appointment. Cliff went up the roof, checked all the gutters and downspout then started cleaning by using the power washing. He even power washed the siding at the back of my house. I'm impressed with his service. Next time when I need gutter cleaning again, now I know whom to call. And for quality assurance, I went out to check after the rain, and I don't see any more rainwater pouring down from gutter anymore. Thank you Cliff.
