WELL, I'M ASSUMING 5 STARS IS THE BEST RATING AND, ACCORDING TO MY PROJECT MANAGER, CE BURKS WAS FANTASTIC! I'M TOLD THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. I AM THE ONE WHO CONTRACTED FOR THE JOB AND IT SEEMS I UNDERSTATED THE EXTENT OF THE PROJECT. BUT BURKS WAS GRACIOUS, PROFESSIONAL, MADE THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS AND GAVE ME WHAT I BELIEVE WAS A VERY FAIR PRICE. MY TENANT MOVED IN, SAYS EVERYTHING IS GREAT AND I OWE A GOOD DEAL OF CREDIT TO CE BURKS FOR THAT! THANKS AND THANKS TO SERVICE MAGIC. WISH I HAD CONTACTED YOU GUYS BEFORE I GOT ROYALLY SCREWED ON A FOUNDATION JOB. BUT I KNOW WHERE TO GO NOW! THANKS, AGAIN, AND HAPPY NEW YR!

The pro found a broken pipe was my problem instead of a leak around the caulking. He replaced the pipe and did the planned project too for less time and money than was originally bid. He was on time and very pleasant to work with. I'm very pleased and will use this pro for any more projects I may have.

I hired them for several significant bids and will take the loss and have someone else clean up their mess. 2+ months.......they have not completed a job yet! They DO NOT complete the work and require a certain percentage up front. BUYER BEWARE! Poor Quality. They repeatedly order the wrong materials - and it's always someone else's fault. It's repeated bad quality and it's always someone else's fault! If you complain about their work they accuse you of being confrontational. As the homeowner shouldn't you confront the problem? It's consistent delays, bad quality and bad attitude!! BUYER BEWARE - these guys are DISHONEST!

We generally feel the customer is always right, but in this case, we are being unfairly represented. We are often accused of going too far for someone, as we offered to do for her, but this is our first encounter with someone not willing to come to a reasonable agreement. We were there finishing up work of other contractors that were not able to make her happy. Their conflict even interrupted our schedule. We initially bid hardwood floors and the client liked us so much we ended up working on and/or bidding 2 ext doors, cabinet demo, subfloor repl, new deck, siding repl and staircase railings. She trusted us very much, as others do.

The guys did a great job! Always showed up on time and were very thorough.

Charles Burks was very professional. He spent time finding the source of the problem and did a great job with the repairs. I feel as though the pricing was fair compared to my other estimates.
