In our Design-Build method of project delivery, CDS will establish a single contract with the owner to provide for all architectural/engineering and construction services. Our customer base ranges from the large general contractor working on multimillion dollar sites to homeowners who are looking to retrofit their home. With over 36 years of construction experience, we pride ourselves in having some of the most knowledgeable staff in the industry, prompt delivery to your job-site, and local inventories to serve you.

CDS got to the work quickly, undstood what we were looking for, worked with us on the color and did a good job installing the concrete patio (stamped). Clean-up was done well and we have ended up with a patio that we are happy with and using frequently.

excellent work, keeping me informed all the time...letting me know who to expect and what time they will be at my house! Willing to change some little things I did not like. Excellent workmanship, communication and price..will be working with them again. I would recommend them to anyone who is planning a remodel! CDS CONSTRUCTION WAS THE VERY BEST. i HAVE USED MORE CONTRACTORS THAN I COULD EVER RECALL AND CDS WAS "HEADS AND SHOULDERS" ABOVE ALL OF THEM. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CDS AND CHARLIE BURDA WITHOUT HESITATION.

Project: Install a New Concrete Foundation

I had CDC Construction Services install a three car garage (30x40) and extend my current driveway to the garage. Working with CDC (Charles) was an enjoyable experience. He provide me with options that I may have missed and always provided me with the best ideas. I will use CDC construction on my next project. They have gained my trust and the workmanship was excellent.
