I will recommend CDC to everyone! They did a great job from the quote (reasonably priced) to the finished product. Top notch job, respectful to my property and my neighbors. Cleaned up everything and the only thing they left behind was the great job they did. Hire these guys.

Kept appointment for quote, quoted fair price. Completed the job as promised and did a very nice job including the cleanup. I would reccomend CDC to family, friends and neighbors.

Tom gave me the best price on a quality roof. He used GAF products for every part of the installation in order for us to get a 50 year warranty guaranteed by GAF which is transferable for the first 20 years. That can't be beat. His crew was there when Tom said they would be and worked very clean.

More than a month ago we wanted a roof contractor to replace an asphalt shingle roof, and Servicemagic provided a listing of some reliable sources among which was CDC Contracting Inc. Following that we contacted Tom from CDC Contracting Inc to come to give us an estimate. He came about three weeks ago and gave us a written estimate for replacing an asphalt shingle roof, capping and gutters. CDC spent one and half hours to explain the procedure, and also gave us a portfolio with the roofing materials. I got an education during the discussion and a contract was drawn up and work commenced a week and a half later. CDC Contracting Inc was well prepared- materials were brought a day before work commenced the following day. A crew of 8 men including the owner came with 2 huge trucks, ladders and other equipment to start working. I watched the men as they work in an organized and systematic manner. All garbage was properly carted away. The roof, capping and gutters were done in less than 3 days. What a neatly finished job it was. CDC went beyond the contract to do some extras at no additional cost. In all everything was professionally done or flawless to say the least. We were very pleased and very happy with the results. We highly recommend CDC Contracting to others that may want to replace roof or gutters, etc.

The owner of CDC Contracting is a true professional. Tom took the time to explain in detail the process that would be involved with ripping off the old asphalt shingle roof and installing the new roof. I was given samples of all the GAF roofing materials that would be used and he uses the best materials. I was very impressed by the entire CDC Contracting crew. They had ripped off and installed my roof in a day. They also did a excellent job with cleaning up. In fact they left my property and my neighbors property spotless. I would highly recommend CDC Contracting to anyone.

CDC did a fantastic job on a complete roof replacement from start to finish. Tom was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure that everything was great. The crew was awesome and the materials were top notch. When they left, everything was cleaned up and the only thing they left was a fantastic new roof. They finished the entire job in less than one day. I would definitely recommend.
