Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
I called C&C plumbing in the afternoon to help with my hot water heater. They dispatched a technician who arrived at my house within 1 hour. He was very professional, explaining the problem and described the solution before he performed any work. The technician quickly completed his work When I experienced a subsequent but related equipment failure, the same technician came to my home at 7:30am to resolve the second problem. I got my hot water and got to work on time!

Professional, careful, courteous and clean. But on the costly side. Not outrageous, but still, at least $80 more for a main line cleanout than another plumber we had do some work later.

Chris was professional and personable. I am very satisfied with Chris's work. I did not get bids for the job so I am not sure if I got the best price. However, he quoted me the price before the job which is what I paid.
