We service all gas heating systems, all plumbing jobs big or small, clear all clogged drains, water heater replacement and remodels. We treat your home just like it is our own and always leave your home cleaner than we found it. We know that your time is very valuable so that is why we are known as the "On time plumbers." C C L Mechanical is an upfront flat rate company, which means you will know the exact price of the task before we start, and everyone gets charged the same price for the same tasks. It also means you will never be charged for an extra or trips to get parts if they are not on the truck. We also provide free estimates. We provide our customers with appointments for nights and weekends at NO EXTRA CHARGE! 10% Discount up to $250 for first time customers!

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Our heat went out right after the snow storm and it's been a continuous problem ever since. I'm told this is from prior problems with the furnace and Chris is very knowledgeable about the system, it's just hard to get a hold of him for appointments to stop by since he's been by twice and the heat is still not fixed.

They called as soon as I submitted the request and had someone out the next day. The tech (Chris) knew exactly what was wrong before he opened a panel, but went through a number of checks to make sure. The repair too ka minute - but they charge $125 for 0-60 minutes. He apologized it was something so small (heck, I was happy) - he answered some general questions for me & even did a quick checkup on the system.

A once-proud DIY-er will never touch plumbing again; I'll call CCL. Chris was at my door within 1 hour of my inquiry on Service Magic. He fixed my mistakes and was out the door in under 3 hours. New vanity and top, replaced P-trap, and two happy home owners.

The work was done very well, and within a reasonable timeframe. My only gripe is that the price just seemed to be significantly higher than what others were charging, but I only found that out afterwards....

Except for a minor and a slightly bigger blip, my experience with Chris of CCL Mechanicals was a far cry from my other experiences. Chris came by to make an estimate, did a good job of explaining what had to be done, gave me a reasonable estimate of how long it would take and so on. Minor blip with the office -- I thought a date was "pencilled in", but when I called later, it was gone. Next av. date - week of Thanksgiving. That made the bigger blip. Mon before Thanksgiving was cold, so Chris only did minor work. Bad decision. Tues he couldn't finish and something went wrong Wed, and job only got done next Tues. BUT RLY HAPPY WITH THE RSLT!

Chris did an excellent job installing a sump pump in our basement. He is efficient and keeps things clean! We are very happy with our decision to go with CCL Mechanical and will highly recommend Chris!
