Project: Hire a Handyman
I am in the process of selling my home and needed 10 items repaired to clear a home inspection. George Sanchez was prompt, courteous, and performed all the necessary work at a fair price. He also found a couple items that a home inspector would find and I had agreed and had George do the repairs. I am very happy with his work.

Project: Repair a Sliding Door or Tracks
Our door was very difficult to get out, but the gentleman stayed with and didn't get fustrated at all. Replaced the rollers and cleaned out the tracks. Door works great. Thank you!

Mr. Sanchez of CBL was excellent. He even came over on a Sunday to give us an estimate. He knew exactly what to do, and I feel the problem was a bit complicated. The job was completed the next day and the sliding door wooks great, and he even cleaned up after himself. I also feel his price was reasonable. I would recommend him with flying colors.

The team arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner with a keen eye to detail, sought my input as needed without bugging me over every detail, cleaned up thoroughly when done, and came in on budget. The work quality was excellent. Jorge takes pride in his work and does whatever is necessary to do a top job. I would use him and his crew again.

Project: Install Room or Closet Organizer
Jorge installed overhead storage shelves/racks all over our garage. We have a TON of really sturdy good space. He worked with us on the price and came up with great ideas. He was always on time and did everything he said he would, I sure appreciate that. He worked really late one night to get the job going! He is also a really nice guy to talk with. Thanks Jorge!

Jorge did a good job on the various tasks we asked him to do, including one that we didn't ask. We gave him a tight time schedule and he finished on time. By the way, Jorge is a Master Carpenter, so that should give you some idea of his level of competence. Nice guy too.
