Project: Clean Windows
Nice guy, doesnt have the right tools to do 2nd floor windows. I called him back to correct his work and he couldnt get it right so I will be doing the work myself. His staff needs to be fired.

The livingroom carpet was still a bit dirty..the grout wasn't as clean as they had promised. Great customer service

The company was quick to call and confirm an appt day which was nice. However, they promised to confirm a time and didn't. They completely forgot about the appt and I had to call to see what was going on. They then confirmed a time and then called the day of the appointment several hours before the appointment (maybe 6 or 7 am) to try to change the appointment. After getting only a few hours of sleep the night before, it was above frustrating. They did clean the carpet, but it was definitely a process to get there. They also requested address information multiple times (apparently they were not writing it down when it was provided).

Ernie showed up early and went the extra mile to complete the project. He and his daughter did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to others. He was fast, thorough, and fairly priced.

They did an EXCELLENT job and were very friendly! Also gave me helpful tips for carpet care and future projects that I would like to have done around the house! Would highly recommend them to friends and family, and I will definitely use them again!!

the guy who came and cleaned my carpets was awesome. he was so friendly and made sure i was very happy with his work before he left! we will definately be using them again!
