Bobby was very expeditious in meeting with me and accessiing the problem that I had in a closet repair; he immediately went to the store to find out what the costs were of the materials needed, added them to his repair costs, and arranged to come a day later to do the repair which I. think was completed in less than two hours. Bobby was courteous, respectful, knowlegdable, clean, and gave a strong sense of competence in his ability to do and complete the job. He did the job without interfering with anything else in the household so that one would hardly know he was busy working. I am very pleased with him and would certainly hire him when another such need comes up. Yea, Bobby!
