I had him replace the chandelier in my two-story foyer. He called me the same day with a reasonable quote and came to do the work the next day - a day earlier than he had promised. He had no problem tackling the height issues, he took his time and was careful and meticulous. He not only did what I asked but went the extra mile to make sure I liked of the height at which he hung the fixture and even took the time to keep readjusting a decorative element of the fixture that wasn't sitting level. Very professional and thorough, I plan on calling Tim for future work in my home.
