I got a call the very next morning after I made a request to have a telephone jack installed. Their customer service was awesome, and they were able to give me a quote over the phone. When they came to my house (on time), they got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was charged exactly what I was quoted, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely use them agian, and I'll recommend them to all my friends! :)

I will recommend James to all of my family and friends. Was professional in every way. I received two quotes for this project. Case Networks price saved me over $800. Couldn't be happier with my TV mounted over my fireplace.
