We're extremely satisfied with the work Byers did for us. Even in tightly knit quarters, between the houses, fencing, and our deck, everything went smooth and the job was done sooner then quoted. I had several bids for my project of removing one tree and wind sailing another, had a high bid of about $2000 and low of $1000.They all told me the same thing. I felt comfortable with Byers Tree Service. Safety is there first and foremost concern for workers and customers. Controlling damage to plants and property is also high on the list.Although it's hard to do when you have to work around as many large plants as I have. some damage is to be expected. Clean up was good ,could have been a little better. Overall great job boys.

Steve came in and did a good job taking the tree down, did not hit the fence that was right next to the tree, I cleaned up the mess I just wanted the tree down. He was fast.

Steve went above and beyond expectations at a price that was hundreds less than what was quoted from other contractors. I had a huge tree wedged between power lines and my roof and the tree needed to be removed as it was damaged during a storm. Steve took on the job when few people would and knocked it out the same day. The wood was cut and the area was clean by the time he left. I would definitely recommend this contractor to friends and wouldn't consider anyone else when future projects arise. Thanks again, Steve!

He told me that my job was holding him up from doing other jobs and that it was more involved than he estimated,so he raised his repair cost.Poor customer service...

We put all projects on hold to take care of your extensive and complicated project removing trees from your house. The price increase was at your request to cover your insurance deductable. We also spent another full day working on your property at no cost in an attempt to satisfy you. I am sorry we were unable to do so an am offering you a 30% discount coupon on any future projects as our apology and thank you for the $50 tip!!
