Mr. Byers did a great job in repairing my front door. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new door, but he quickly assured me that there was nothing wrong with the door that he couldn't quickly repair. He made the needed repairs and now the door is like new for about 1/10 the cost.

I cannot comment on the workmanship yet as the project hasn't actually been started (except for some preliminary work performed by a subcontractor). Servicemagic, however, requires me to fill in the quality field so I gave them a 2.5. I anticipate that rating going up. Customer service & communication has been excellent so far. ------- It took them some time to get out here (mostly because of an earthquake and 2 consecutive hurricanes), but once they did the work was completed. Excellent job, fair price, looks great. I would definitely use Byers again. Highly recommended
