By far the best customer service I have ever experienced!! Todd calls you back before you hang up the phone! I've dealt with other contractors and there is no comparison. Excellent response time.

Todd Shepherd, the owner, is a thorough, competent businessman and a really hard worker. He has a great crew in Andy and Jessica. They worked so diligently through the heat, doing fabulous, artistic designs on our broken, ugly concrete driveway so it looks like flagstones. It is beautiful...if a driveway can be called beautiful. They showed up to work everyday that they said they would be here and finished in a timely manner...something that is usually a problem wi contractors, but not with them. They also finished our garage floor so it will not deteriorate. We are impressed with their work and hope it will withstand nasty Ohio weather

Todd was very responsive and reliable. Work was completed as quoted with regards to timing and quality. Would highly recommend and consider doing another project with him. The boys love the new basketball court!

Todd worked REALLY hard to make us happy! He put in a lot of extra time and effort. He responded to our calls and requests wi.th no hesitation, and was very respectable and professional!. He really wanted to be sure we were happy with the end result

The actual patio looks great but I was not anticipating spending the extra money to fix my yard after they left. The guys were very professional and kind, but did not follow through on the promise of repairing the deep ruts their truck made in the yard, as well as the 4 ft square of dead grass left by spilling a wheelbarrow of concrete.
