The tech who came out was great, made sure everything was taken care of, and ran some additional tests to make sure no other problems would likely occur. He was friendly, courteous, and respectful of our home by wearing covers on his shoes, putting covers on things where he had equipment, and left no mess at all. It was a fairly simple,routine problem, so not much of a challenge for him, but he did what we asked, and that's what we needed. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because it was, in my opinion, pretty pricey. A routine pipe snake was over $200.  See All Ratings
