Payment plan was talked about with the sales rep, but the installer didn't know what the plan was. I gave him a check for the amount on my bid/estimate. <br />Next piece of correspondence was a feedback form, asking me to rate the service. I sent that in. <br />THEN I get an invoice which included the final price for the work(sales tax had been missing). Made me wish I still had the feeback form...
