Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Job was completed in the time that Fred indicated and also, exactly the way Fred predicted. My original concern was that something was wrong with the pressure switch on my Goodman Gas Furnace. From experience with Goodman Furnaces, Fred indicated that at times there may be an issue with the Circuit Board. He explained both scenerios, the turn around time and cost. Fred was able to complete the repair and my review has not changed, FIVE STARS! Fred was professional, honest, experienced, insightful, prepared and most importantly fair priced. It is hard to find honest professionals but ServiceMagic made this easier. I plan to use Fred again.

Project: Install or Replace a Major Gas Appliance
I hired Burn Rite to install my Kitchen appliances. I did not want to pay the big tag installation price from the store. I saved about $600 by hiring them. They were on-time, clean, and even gave a no-leak warranty. I would definitely recommend them!

Project: Repair an Oil Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System - For Business
I've had issues with my boiler in the past. I tried Burn Rite to see if they could resolve my issues. Their tech Fred was very knowledgable and friendly. He kept the appointment on time, and resolved my issues. I have already scheduled him to return for other repairs.

Very prompt and excellent service by both, Burn Brite and the service provider sent to our home. Worked with my husband to identify the problem, went and purchased the part, and the cost of same was transparent to see. Burn Brite screens their service providers which results in quality, ontime, and effective services.

I explained to Burn Rite what my problem was. Burn Rite said, over the phone, what he thought was causing the problem. He gave me an estimate of price and time over the phone. He was right. He showed up, solved the problem (in less than an hour), was I charged the estimated price.
