Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
He was very good about checking the color with my husband on the color of the floor once he had tried a stain. So he waited to go forward and that was great. He also over charged us by $19.50. He called to apologize and said that he would drop off cleaning supplies to cover that difference in balance. We would have not even known that was the case. He was very honest. One small thing, there was one small piece of wood that probably needed his attention but didn't get it. That wasn't necessarily his fault.

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
My Floors look great! The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't use plastic to cover anything up so there is a lot of cleaning to do. Besides the dust through my house they did a great job on my floors!!
