He was a great guy verny clean and nice always cleaned up after himself. He did A Super job and i cant say enough good things about him.

I would recommend Jason Rich very highly to my friends and family and anyone else who ask for help on projects. He is well spoken, very polite, did a fabulous job. I will use him again on future projects. He worked well and was great at his work.

Jason did a great job on my repair. He was professional and explained very clearly what and how he would fix my chair. He was quick to come and give me a quote and to pickup the furniture. Jason turned the job around when he said he would. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone.

He did not bother matching our grout, he did not caulking anything, and now tiles are falling off the wall again because the grout is washing away. Worse, he refuses to call me back so he can come fix it.

The proposal stated, remove 4 rows of tile and regrout. Remove and apply new silicone. I did.I recommended replacement of the grout above the area I did be removed and replaced or the water would continue to run behind the tile and they would fall off. She said she would let the landlord know. I told her the grout would not match perfectly, but close. The tile area was filthy and short of doing her cleaning which I did to get a better color match, was difficult. I"ve never had grout wash away, that's a new one.I recommended further work needed to be done to correct the entire problem,she didn"t hire me to finish it, leaving it to the landlord

Jason had a little bad luck with his equipment but persevered to do a fine job. He was also open to doing other work and I will call him again.

Nice people to work for and patient, 3 repairs later I got the job done and because they waited so long, they got a exceptionally detailed powerwash job. Thanks Folks

He was great, we hired him for exterior shutters and also some siding repair. He did a good job and I would definitely use him again on any other project

Total gut and redo. Reroute all drains for updated to code, Plumb/level walls and floor,insulate,rewire,new finish on walls,vinyl flooring,trim,toilet,pedestal sink,corner shower unit with round glass door.Total redo cost $3,600 Other estimates were around $4,200 See finish photos

First off, he's the only one that called us. He's very professional. He picked up the pieces Monday and said he'll have them back to us within 3 weeks.

Very nice couple. I enjoyed the project which was stripping to bare maple, restaining, and applying 4 coats of semi-gloss polyurethane to 5 1950"s dining chairs. Those who have stripped maple down to stainable wood know, that it is an art to blend the finish evenly

Great personality! Has a lot of experience and is patient and understanding with our decision making process. Many contractors sub-contract their jobs. Building Visions does not do this! Who you hire is who you get and that says a lot about a persons skills and attention to detail. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends. Thanks Jason!
