Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Built Square's quote for our bathroom remodel was within the range given by other companies but we chose them because they were more personable and had stimulating ideas. Everyone who worked on on our project was very professional and worked hard to complete it to our satisfaction. In addition they made every effort to accommodate the requirements of our condo association and to not disturb the neighbors. Divven was very helpful in following up on items when we were not there and Mike was a master at tiling. We were extremely happy with the result and would hire them again without question.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Price was virtually the same for the three contractors who submitted bids. I liked Built Square's adaptability in reacting to hidden problems as they were discovered, proposing of design improvements, and rapport in reviewing design and changes. And their patience in dealing with me! Final cost was as bid, plus very reasonable additions for coping with the hidden defects that had to be overcome (primarily cracked and lifted concrete sub-floor in this 5th floor condo) and for the items that I added. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

Divven, Nathan, and their crew did an amazing job on my master bathroom remodel. Divven and Nathan were professional from the start of the bid process to the completion of my bathroom. I live in a condo and they were courteous to my neighbors, kept things clean, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They offered great ideas to my original plans and I could not be more pleased with the results. I will definitely use them again with my next home project.

Nathan and Divven couldn't have been more professional and courteous. They are finishing up what is turning out to be a beautiful bathroom -- beyond our expectations. They have furnished excellent services at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to my friends.

Divven and Nathan make a great team. They have different approaches to consulting, so they cover a lot of details. They were able to be flexible with a couple of design changes and they had no complaints about the touch-ups I requested. Their bid wasn't the highest, or lowest, but their professionalism was tops! I hope I get the opportunity to work with them in future remodels.

Smart thinking. Good ideas. Fair pricing. Always looking out for the best way to do things, even if that meant less cost...very unusual for a contractor. Very happy with the choice of vanity that you spotted, and your suggestion for tile company. You were very willing to associate my preferences. I never felt like i was being nickeled and dimed but you never proceeded without my approval. A couple of suggestions: Post-work (or in the case of floor sanding, "during" work) clean up was a bit sloppy. One day came home and the front porch was covered in wet sawdust. Aforementioned lack of any protection when sanding the floors meant dust everywhere- literally - in my house.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
We are very thankful for the explanation that went into the project before it began and the results were exact to those initial discussions. We are waiting the final piece, which is an island on casters, then all will be complete. The island on casters was a suggestion from Built Square and will look great in our new kitchen and be very functional throughout the living area. It feels like a new home!

Project: Bathroom - Remodel
He did an absolutely wonderful job. He is young and has great ideas and made things work that I didn't think would work. He had a subcontractor come in to do the tile and he handled him very well with keeping him on task and knowing exactly what he needed to do. He is amazing and I would give him my highest recommendation.
