Ted Antonucci was excellent to work with. Our first experience led us to do some additional work with them. <br /> I have 3 opportunities for improvement <br />1. Proposals for work to be done should be signed by an authorized representitive of Building Technologies. <br />2. Some work was not done correctly the first time and needed a follow-up visit to correct. <br />3. Communicate better when the proposed or revised start dates for work cannot be met.
