Excellent inspector. We live out of state and would not be at the inspection. Jerry took many photos and wrote up a very detailed summary of the home. Very pleased with his quick returned calls, emails, etc. Highly recommend this company.

Very thorough ... Gerry is personable, answered all my questions, and offers a "100 day Warranty" with his inspection... Explained all problems with the house in detail... What impressed me most, Gerry already had LOOKED at the address of the new house, had info on it!!!! ... Most of the others asked ME, "where is it?", "what is the sq footage?", etc.... He knew cause he BOTHERED to do a little research before he called me... I hired him immediately, set a date to inspect... No regrets... Very pleased
