This job was to replace an existing deck. The first positive sign was when Mr. Shrum called me within minutes of my making an inquiry through Service Magic. He was very informative on what would be involved and kept me informed throughout the project. The end result was a well built deck completed when he said it would be. It was also nice to see people working who looked like they thoroughly enjoyed what they were doing. We are very pleased with our new deck and highly recommend Builders Plus.
