Builder's Plan Service is the premier residential design service operating in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Because many potential clients find the construction process complex and intimidating we specialize in assisting customers with our in-your-home "house call" service, in which we design your project with you at your own kitchen table . Our customers tell us that they love being a part of the design process, and that they find the initial design session the most fun part of the whole project! We believe in being customer focused and budget friendly. We believe that your project belongs to you. It should meet your needs and desires and should not be used as an opportunity for your designer to show off his or her preferences. Besides residential design, we also developed the design for the new kindergarten addition at Atkinson Academy (summer 2007). Do you need a new second story, home office, kitchen, bath or addition?
