We were very happy with the service BDS provided us with from start to finish. We were able to get a good competitive quote for our job. Their customer service and staff is excellent! We even visited their factory and Pat was most helpful in explaining things and answering questions. Our 7 blinds were ready in a matter of few days and they accomodated to meet our busy time schedule. The installation part of the job went very smoothly as well. Bud was an excellent installer and he completed the work very quickly, was clean, courteous & thoroughly professional. I would be happy to recommend BDS to anyone for all their blinds and shutters needs

This contractor understood what I wanted and provided it exactly within a seven-day promised timeframe. They were also the lowest priced, beating the next lowest by 30%.

Everyone at Bay Area Vinyl Shutters was very good and very knowledgeable. They met all my expectations, and they were all on time. It was a real pleasant experience from getting the quote to installation of the products. We had all the windows of our house redone, and they were pretty much able to install shutters and blinds in one and half day. They say what they are going to do, and they do it. We'll have to see how well the shutters and the blinds age. Right now, they look great. If it is as good as they say, we will definitely use them again. There is a 25 year warranty on the products.
