It was nice working with Mark. Mark called right after the request was put in. Over the phone he was able to answers any questions that I had. After talking to him, I know that he would be the one to remove the squirrels that were living in my attic. In a week time he came out to estimates the cost, set up the traps, emptied them as needed, removed the traps and closed up the holes. This is the second time of trying to removed the squirrels. I wish I found Bugs R Us the first time around. I fell convenience that this time around the squirrels are gone. I would use them again for other pest control problem. Great job Mark!

The mice are gone !! Mark did a very professional job - inspecting my townhouse, killing the mice and sealing their entrance holes. He was also very knowledgable about field mice and their habits.

Mark was very very helpful, came over to analyze my wasp concern and provided me with explanations to all questions I had. Although the wasp did not appear to be active, Mark was courteous to offer a follow-up on a reasonable day and time. He continues to be a source in this matter in the event they do re-appear.

Mark is great at what he does. There was a slight mix up with confirming appointments but he still was able to come for an inspection which we greatly appreciated. I would recommend and will call Mark again if and when we have any issues. He does not try to sign you up for unnecessary service plans. He finds out what the problems are and addresses and treats the issue as needed.
