City: Westlake Village Project: Pest Control - Rodents Joe called me soon after I aubmitted my request to servicemagic and offered to come out that same afternoon.  When he was running a little late, he phoned to ask if he could come later.… Read Complete Rating Joe called me soon after I aubmitted my request to servicemagic and offered to come out that same afternoon.  When he was running a little late, he phoned to ask if he could come later.  I have had problems with rats in my attic, and while my pest company caught a couple of them and set more traps, the rats were still getting in and they couldn't seem to find where.  Joe spent 1 1/2 hours in the attic and around the perimiter of the house trying to locate possible entry places.  He blocked several likely places, and I haven't had a problem since then.  For all his time, he only charged me for a service call.  I would highly recommend him.  See All Ratings
