If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were prompt, trustworthy, and took care of the problem. However, the most important thing was that our tech really cared. I was a franctic mother calling from 1000 miles away as my daughter and her roomates were being bitten so bad they had to go to the Dr. After calling the Landlord and some other companies that weren't available for several days we found Bug Central. I cannot tell you how happy I am!!!

Chris came out to evaluate and was wonderful. He looked through everything, gave us a reasonable price, and has already started treatment and prevention. On the second visit, Paul, the owner of the company, came along with Chris and was just as wonderful to work with, even recommending a handyman for additional things we needed to complete on the new house.

Bug Central was the best ever! Chris was the exterminator that came out and you would have thought he owned the business and I was his very first customer. He was on time, polite, and went above and beyond to get rid of our little visitors. The best part is that when I caught something they would come out immmidiatly and take care of it. I also really appriciated the fact that they gave me the price and that was what it cost period. There were no hidden fees and the customer service was awesome each time I called.
