Someone came out within a few days.  Very polite. Took time to explain things...Helped move plants away from house.  But when the actually workers showed up...They ended up unnecessarily tarping about 8 Ft away from the house and over an 10 foot  baby tree.  I did not expect they would do that.  The tree was subsequesntly broken off at ground level. It was not salvageable.  You are asked to sign a general waiver about damage, so I am kind of  stuck, but not happy.  I immediately mentioned it to the man from the company.  He said he would discuss it with the owner, but of course, I have heard nothing.
