Both attempts proved unsatisfactory.  We became aware of Buff and Coat and met with them to review our needs.  We were very impressed with their professional approach and were hopeful their techniques would meet our expectations.  The final outcome far exceeded our expectations!  The floors look nearly brand new and the previous scratches and inconsistencies in color are now gone.  They relocated and replaced all of our furniture and finished the job when they said they would.  We are so pleased with the outcome.
