After installation the windows look good and I'm sure we will save on our heating bill this winter. <br />The only comment I would make is that the company could do better at customer service and communication. The number that the salesperson gave us to call for questions went to an answering machine where either no one ever picked up the messages, or they didn't return them. <br />After we had the phone number of the contractor, things went more smoothly. An estimated completion date of October 24th was given. I made several calls to the company before getting a return call to let me know that the windows and doors are not in yet and they will let me know when they are and it could take another two weeks. While they are nice people I can't say I am impressed with their promptness of getting the job done. I would be glad to continue reporting my experience with this company when they actually do the job. For now I would recommend them with caution.
