he project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"

Project: Repair Basement Surface Drainage Channels
Prompt and professional. Seemed very knowledgable and explaned to me various options. Estimate is reasonable, but we didn't move forward with the job due to other unrelated reasons.

Project: Waterproof Inspection / Certification Service
Had leak in the basement for years could not stop till had budget dry fix it. It was done last year sometime and has not leaked since. it was a leak that happened with heavy rain. They put in some foam that expanded and a large industrial "band aide"...looks like 12 inch wide duct tape along the wall. Does not look great but the basement does not look great!! The young man who came and did the job was lovely, wished he was my son!! The price was high even though it was discounted. But after 11 years of leaking it was well worth it.

Arrived on time. Set up quickly and completed project in 1 day. Clean up was excellent, Job met my expectations. Crew was courteous and professional.

Project: Repair a Concrete Foundation
The gentleman who came and actually repaired the crack in the foundation was very nice, polite and cleaned up after himself. The downside to Budget Dry Waterproofing is the person who came to give me the estimate. He started playing around with our sump pump and said it wasn't working; however, there was no other water in the basement other than from the crack. The next morning we had 3 inches of water throughout the whole basement! Don't know for sure what exactly happened but a new sump pump had to be installed and we were stuck with the bill.

Customer had water from subfloor. The pump was only working intermittently on our inspection and failed shortly thereafter. Luckily we were able to have a technician come out after hours to change the customer's sump pump.
