Did not return phone calls promptly.

Though on the first visit, they could not fix my problem. They have ordered the parts and will return to fix it. They didn't charge me for coming out the first time either, so pretty nice!

The service was terrible. They still have my blind after 10 days. I was told it would be ready in 5 and then told that it needed parts. They did not hesitate to tell me that I could get a new one for more money. It is 10 days later and they still have not called to let me know if the blind is done. I don't think I would use them again.

I sincerely apologize that the repair you requested took longer than anticipated. Unfortunately, we do not keep parts in stock for blinds purchased from home improvement stores, only custom quality blinds; therefore, the parts needed to fix your particular blind had to be special ordered. We gave you a price for a new blind since, for a blind of that nature, the price was so close to the repair charge, we wanted you to have the option.
