We finished a 1,200 SF basement to include a media/theater room, office, tons of storage, and a relocated laundry room, as well as running network, power and security upstairs. What I most appreciated from the crew was that care was given to every aspect of the work to ensure safety and quality above and beyond the specific work we requested. I feel my house got an "audit" because the team fixed many "hidden" problems our house had, unrelated to the requested work, and now it's safer. I wanted quality work that met or exceeded code, and Phil's team delivered with courtesy and creativity. We've had many compliments on the finished work.
