He is great about communication and returns calls in a very timely manner.  They make sure to meet all of the customer's needs and expectations.  He is also very detail oriented and makes sure even the littlest deatail is taken care of before he leaves the job.  I have the utmost respect for him and his work.  He is honest and sincere and I just generally like him.
