TECH, WAS COURTEOUS, SKILLED AND PROFESSIONAL

Highly recommend. Buckley's was able to respond to my request with same day service. It didn't matter that my rental property had the power cut off, and he was working by flashlight, not to mention it was freezing outside. The technician made short-work of rekeying my locks, made four sets of keys and they all work.

Came within a reasonable time, lock was particularly difficult - but they got the job done.

This is a very professional company with good service. The technician, Bob White, was excellent. He took plenty of time to discuss which locks should be replaced, etc. Also, prior to installation, I had several conversations with Mr. Buckley who was extemely helpful also. I would definitely recommend this company.

Buckley's was prompt (actually a few minutes early), courteous, and professional. He determined that not everything needed to be done as discussed and the change was less than the estimate. He also offered maintenance information for my locks. I would definitely call them again

Driving Vans that cost thousands of dollars, loaded wtih tools, driven by locksmiths that are trained and registered through the Dept.of Criminal Justice Services meeting minimum insurance requirements that are expensive with cell phones, gps, uniforms all to provide a quick response at rates that are quoted before hand to provide a professional, curteous service actually only yielda a minimumal profit. As much as anyone, I wish things did'nt cost so much, but they do. Plumbers, electricians, etc. all charge rates that cover the cost of operations. If they don't, then they will go out of business and that is in no ones best interest.

Buckley's Securitysmiths apologized for arriving late (due to traffic) but was able to complete the job timely. The tech answered questions I had to my satisfaction. The amount quoted to me by phone was what I paid. I would use them again.
