Rusty was extremely professional and prompt. Was out to our home the morning after we initially contacted him to measure the area we wanted done. His crew was very friendly and polite, and we felt totally comfortable with them in our home. They moved all the furniture necessary, put it all back when they were done, and even offered to sweep/clean our beautiful new floors before they left. Don't hesitate to hire Rusty's group--best work, extremely fair prices, and wonderful people to work with!

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
They showed up when they said they would. Told me exactly what to expect and did exactly what they promised. The floor matches perfectly to what was existing and I would use them again, as well as recommend to others. There was some glue that never quite came off the floor and some minor repairs to the baseboard, but all manageable fix-its.
