Project: Install Plumbing in a Remodel or Addition
Dominick arrived on time, inspected my bathroom and was able to assess the situation immediately. He discussed all the available options and gave me suggestions on how to proceed. What impressed me most was that he suggested a plan of attack that was not as expensive as the other options. That alone scores big in my book.

I had used Bryn Mawr to fix a leaky faucet in my bathroom. While the plumber was there, I had him change my thermostats (new house). The next day, my A/C died in the house. I was very upset. Dom (the owner) came over to my house, did a diagnosis (the thermostats were installed properly) and figured out that Murphy's Law had struck - the control panel on the A/C unit died. He spent time with me and didn't charge me for the diagnosis. By the end of the day (Friday), his A/C guy showed up with a replacement panel, recharged with freon (just to top me off) and my house went from 87 to 74 degrees in no time.

Bryn Mawr showed up as scheduled to our appointment. They did a neat, clean job and came in below budget. I would use them again and refer them to anyone who asks for an honest plumber. Which are hard to find these days! Thanks Bryn Mawr.
