I received an estimate from one contractor to refinish them at a cost of $4000. <br /> <br />As a safeguard we decided to get a second estimate and it turned out to be a fortuitous move. Bryant managed to revive the floor without using up the entire budget for the fix-up. He is a delightful young man who cheerfully adjusted his schedule to meet our deadlines and give us a floor which while not perfect due to its age, is more than acceptable. <br /> <br />I cannot recommend him highly enough.
